Data Manager/Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA
A Data Manager/Analyst is needed to provide qualitative and quantitative data management support and basic analysis of epidemiology study data within the Epidemiology Branch under the Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention. This candidate should be knowledgeable of the following: 1. Data management methods and best practices 2. Programming, cleaning and validating data 3. Generating reports 4. Performing epidemiologic and statistical analysis of large national data sets.
Required Skills:- Extensive experience in qualitative data analysis in health setting using tools such as Atlas-ti, AnSWR, NVivo, etc
- Intermediate to advanced skills in SAS programming and quantitative data management
- Experience working with large data sets stored in databases such as SQL Server, Access, Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience as a trainer
- Experience supporting clinical trials
- Strong presentation skills
- BS/BA required, MS/MA desired, [Major: Health/Social Sciences; Biostat; Epidemiology]
- 6+ Years of experience in lieu of degree
