Emergint Employees have easy access to HR Online System
(LOUISVILLE, KY) - Never before have Emergint employees been able to access their employee information so easily. At the end of July, 2008, employees in Louisville, KY; Bethesda, MD; and Atlanta, GA received information about the new Employee Self-Service Human Resource (HR) Online System. Whether employees are in the office, at home or on the road, they can access this easy-to-use web-based tool. After logging into the website, employees enter their user name and password and a multitude of information is available at their fingertips. Personal information is now accessible 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.
"Employees at all of our locations tell us that they really enjoy having this service. They can review information such as their paycheck history, benefits coverage, tax status, expense reports and a total compensation summary. The Emergint HR Department no longer prints and mails pay stubs to employees; however, employees can now print a copy whenever they desire." states Misty Goldman, Human Resources Manager at Emergint.
During the hiring process employees will complete paperwork for personal documents such as the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) self survey. During the open enrollment period, employees will be able to enroll in health benefits, Flexible Spending Account, and the 401(k) program. Another advantage allows employees to look up information in the Employee Manual and other Emergint specific documents. Employees can also make changes to their personal information, such as their home address, phone number, emergency contacts and direct deposit.
In addition to giving employees a convenient way to access HR information, this comprehensive software serves as a human resources management tool for Emergint management. The Emergint Employee Self-Service HR Online System interfaces directly with software used to process payroll and Emergint's Applicant Tracking System. HR Online also provides management with an extensive amount of useful HR forms and assists them with HR compliance requirements.
