Inc. magazine ranks Emergint in list of fastest-growing companies
(LOUISVILLE, KY) - In 2009, Emergint was recognized by Inc. magazine as the number 2,640 fastest growing company amongst the top 5000 fastest growing companies in the U.S. In January of 2005, our employment base consisted of 47 employees and today we employ over 200 individuals! From 2005-2009, our revenue growth rate increased 112%. The companies on the Inc. 5000 list are ranked according to percentage revenue growth over a four year period. To qualify, companies must be able to show four full calendar years of sales and they must be U.S.-based. Additionally, companies must be independent and privately held (not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies) as of December 31 of the last year measured.
