Emergint® is awarded the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC's) Multi-Award Information Management Services (CIMS) contract in multiple domains
(Atlanta, GA) - Emergint Technologies, Inc., providing information and technology-related services to CDC for the last ten years, announced today that it has been selected as a prime contractor under the Small Business and 8(a) classifications for CDC's Information Management Services (CIMS) contract. CIMS is an Agency-specific, multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract that provides the CDC a broad range of information technology, information management, management consulting and analytic services to support its global health mission with a ceiling value of $5 billion over the next ten years. This contract covers all components of CDC and work for CDC's intergovernmental grantees, such as state, local, and international health agencies and other DHHS organizational components.
Emergint will provide Information Management Services for the planning, design, development, maintenance, engineering, integration and retirement of information systems; and Information Technology Services for a broad range of infrastructure and conferencing support services.
