Emergint® wins EPA IMCS 3 Records Management Task Orders

(Rockville, Maryland) - Emergint Technologies, Inc. has been awarded nine task orders from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the EPA Information Management Center Services 3 (IMCS 3) contract vehicle.

Emergint provides records management services, including maintaining records and file rooms, arranging for long-term record storage at and retrieval from Federal Records Centers, and proper handling of records. We also provide training services, Freedom of Information Act response assistance, and Superfund records management services to the EPA. These task awards have expanded Emergint's growth into several areas across the nation, which include Atlanta, Chicago, Philadelphia, New York City and several EPA Headquarters-based locations. Our EPA clients include the Office of Superfund Remediation and Technology Innovation (OSRTI), Office of Air and Radiation (OAR) the Office of Regional Counsel (ORC), the Environmental Science Center's (ESC) Office of Analytical Services and Quality Assurance (OASQA), and the Office of Pesticides Programs (OPP), among others.

The EPA ensures that all Americans are protected from significant risks to human health and the environment where they live, learn and work; that national efforts to reduce environmental risk are based on the best available scientific information; and that federal laws protecting human health and the environment are enforced fairly and effectively. EPA accomplishes these goals by writing regulations in response to Congressional environmental laws, setting national standards that states and tribes enforce through their own regulations, and helping states, tribes, and companies understand the requirements of these regulations.

About Emergint
