NETTRACER RELEASES NEXT GENERATION BAGGAGE TRACKING & RECOVERY SaaS SOLUTION

NetTracer set an ambitious timeline to redevelop their core Baggage Tracing & Recovery software, which services nearly all the major airlines.  The initial attempt to deliver this Next-Generation system using an internal IT resource did not successfully meet expected deadlines. NetTracer needed a professional and highly experienced Program Manager to restructure the team, implement Agile processes, and get the project back on track.  With a small on-shore staff of developers, a large off-shore development team, and Emergint's Program Manager, NetTracer was able to adhere to their aggressive timeline by:

  • Applying Agile processes throughout the lifecycle of the project

  • Aligning the on-shore and off-shore teams to ensure around-the-clock development

  • Adhering to 2-week Sprints to ensure system capabilities were delivered incrementally

  • Partnering with several airlines for product capability reviews and validation
